The Change
I wanted to do a project on HRT to provoke and normalise conversation around menopause. Why is there taboo and shame surrounding it when its something all women go through? Menopause is the time of life that a woman’s ovaries stop producing hormones and their periods stop. This transition usually lasts around 7 years. Though sometimes perceived as a negative thing, it can be a time for positive change for many women as it marks a new chapter of their lives.
