I’m a female Irish photographer who specialises in music and capturing the essence and energy of live performances. though I maintain a broad interest in the other branches of photography.
With my festival, touring, and artist photography, I strive to create captivating visuals that convey the spirit of the music and the unique atmosphere of each event and have had the privilege of photographing numerous prominent Irish artists who have graced the stages of our vibrant music scene. From the mesmerising performances of Soda Blonde, Wallis Bird, and The Scratch, to the explosive energy of King Kong Company, 49th & Main, Kneecap, and Wild Youth, I have been there to immortalise their talent and passion through my lens.
Not limited to the local scene, I have also had the incredible opportunity to photograph renowned international artists who have brought their exceptional performances to Ireland. From capturing the raw talent of emerging stars like Wet Leg, Madison Beer, and Tate McRae, to documenting the stage presence of established acts such as Maverick Sabre, I have been fortunate to capture the magic of their live shows.

Live/Musike
These photographs capture the atmosphere, vibe, energy and experience of a concert. They feature intense on-stage performances by a range of Irish musicians in the rock, indie and pop scene, as well as the equally performative reactions of their rapt audiences. Representing the experience of live music has taken on new resonance in the aftermath of the pandemic. Adequately capturing the transmission of live performance, the mercurial quality of liveness in photographs, is more complex than it appears. This project has been made for music lovers, for photographers professional and amateur, and for all who are interested in the cultural vibrancy of new Irish music.
Photobooks
Live and Musike are a representation of music and the extradionary power that it has. Music is what unites us together. The photographs in both of these books capture the atmosphere and pure love for music. There is a variety of action shots and lots of energy and light, and there are photographs of quietness and stillness.
