Ciara Sharkey
Before I was interested in photography, I was interested in words and telling stories. I like to think of my photographic work as a form of storytelling, in a way that involves the audience in its narrative. I'm still finding my feet as an artist, photographer, person. I’m interested in learning new ways to look at things and new forms of fascination. What draws me to photography is its ability to make us look closely. Paying attention and pointing others in that direction is what I hope to achieve through my work.
